OpenAI's Codex pricing page states GPT-5.5 retires from Codex with ChatGPT sign-in on October 14, 2026.
Cursor moves new customers to The X Subscription: Plus $8, Premium $30, Super $100, Ultra $200
New Cursor customers now buy The X Subscription (shared weekly pool with Grok). Third-party models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) are no longer in the included pool; on Premium and above they bill at API list price from prepaid credit. Legacy Pro/Pro+/Ultra plans keep working for existing customers.
